(Twitch: Magic_Slab; TESL Name: Laoth). Can whoever uploads these podcasts include time stamps in the description? It would help when trying to review specific points! Something that wasn’t directly mention in regards to prophecies, is that this game’s deck size is 20 higher than HS. Even with being able to run 3 copies of a card instead of 2, there is still a lower percentage you will hit what you want than in HS (2/30=6.7%;3/50=6%). Prophecies are simply less likely to be drawn than people may expect, which figures heavily into what you all mentioned in being prudent with attacks. CVH mentioned Reynad’s video about micro decisions (when I watched it yesterday I was thinking the whole time “This is why TESL is better”), Reynad has an older video where he discusses good RNG vs bad RNG. Prophecies are mostly good RNG because of how well they can be played around. If we ever get a prophecy crackle, then we are in trouble.
